Does annextools.com publish a printed catalog?
No, our website serves as our catalog.

Do you take purchase orders?
We take purchase orders from Universities, Government Agencies, Fortune 500 Companies, etc. Please contact us at #760-998-6000 and one of our client care representatives will send you the paperwork necessary for setting up new account with annextools.com.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?
No, you will not be charged sales tax. Orders placed in Washington State will be subject to sales tax accordingly.

Is it safe to enter my credit card information?
Yes. We don’t store any credit card information (That’s handled by our payment processor, Stripe, the best in the business), and will never share your personal information to anyone else.

When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery dates are provided for each item in the product information page. You will be sent an email containing tracking information when your order ships. You can track your item by clicking on the tracking number in the Shipping Confirmation email that is sent once your item ships. Please note that your order may contain one or more tracking numbers depending on the amount and type of items.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please call our AnnexTools.com Customer Care Team at #760-998-6000 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request if your order has not already been processed. Our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to deliver orders quickly and efficiently; therefore, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been processed.

What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
If you order arrives with damage, please call #760-998-6000 so we may assist you with a replacement order or refund. If you are present at the time of delivery, refuse the broken or damaged items with the carrier and, when applicable, note the damage on the delivery receipt.

What happens with items on backorder?
When a product is in backorder status, the estimated delivery date is provided on the product information page and in the order confirmation email. In rare instances, when an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, your item will ship as soon as it becomes available. Items on backorder will be automatically cancelled at 60 days without customer authorization to extend the order.

Are there any delivery restrictions?
Any states with delivery restrictions will be noted on each item’s product information page. We are not able to ship to Alaska & Hawaii, international destinations, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. Please allow 7-10 business days for UPS ground delivery in addition to order processing time which varies by product. **All returns are subject to AnnexTools.com standard return policy. Void where prohibited.

What happens if I was shipped the wrong product?
If you order arrives with damage, please call #760-998-6000 so we may assist you with a replacement item to expedite a shipment, at no additional cost to you.
