More about 18″ Throat Depth Manual Bead Roller

Since it is engineered with 18″ throat depth, it can create beads on metal up to 18 gauge capacity. The unit is supplied with a hand crank, which can be manually operated to manage beading operations. With simple top roll adjustment, an operator can alter depth and profiles of beads. It can be installed on a bench, or any other hard surfaces. You can also opt for additional heavy duty bead roller stand to mount the machine for comfortable operation.  The dies can be selected as per the details you need to create on the work piece. Made from hardened steel, the dies assure unfailing service even after years of rough use.

The 18″ throat depth manual bead roller is provided with appropriate bolts and set screws to fasten dies to the machine shafts. They keep the dies securely in place and allow for easy die change.  The common application of this tool includes strengthening panels, such as floorboards and firewalls, floor pans, trunk pans.
